RITE AID Drug Store, Toccoa, GA.
Completed site selection, financing, construction, and leasing for a new 14,673-square foot free standing Rite Aid with drive-thru located on a large 2.13 acre parcel  in Toccoa, Georgia.  The store was completed in September 2009.  The property is adjacent to Ingles Market, Ace Hardware & Belk.  Other retailers in close proximity include  Wal-mart Supercenter, Home Depot and Sears.
Kings Lake Corner Retail
Site development, construction, and leasing of a 15,000 SF retail/commercial corner at Big Bend Road and Kings Lake Drive in South Hillsborough County. Building is complete and currently represented by Colliers Arnold for leasing as of 6/09.
Hernando County Commercial Assemblage
Roughly 10 acres have been acquired at a major commercial intersection in Hernando County for a long-term land banking. We will begin the retail entitlement process upon completion of the acquisition.
An 18.5 acre commercial tract off of Big Bend Road and I-75 in South Hillsborough County. Located across the street from the future St. Joseph’s Medical Center, Babcock Investment is currently beginning the entitlement process to allow for any number of big box retail or medical office users.
S.R. 54 / U.S. 41, Pasco County
This 51 acre tract in Pasco County, FL was purchased by LOWES - the big-box home improvement chain - in June 2005 with a purchase money mortgage pay off date of mid 2008. Cornerstone Communities Inc. facilitated the complex entitlement process required to consummate the deal.
These 12 acres located near the Veteran’s Expressway in Hillsborough County, FL were sold to a major office park developer on December 22nd 2008. The site plan also included separate 1.5-acre retail outparcel that was then sold to RaceTrac Petroleum on December 31st, 2008.

Elsberry (commercial/residential)
The 168 acre tract sold to Pulte Homes in South Hillsborough (Heron Cove) also contained 7.33 acres of neighborhood commercial acreage. This site was sold to a retail developer in 2005. The developer plans to sell a portion of the site to CVS and other local tenants.
Linebaugh and Veteran’s Expressway.
A portion of which closed in February 2002 with Ford Motor Company for a new dealership. The other portion was sold as mentioned above to RaceTrac Petroleum and a regional office developer.
